About me

Hi, I am Shelby. I am 26 years old and live in Alaska. I've always thought about starting a blog about hair, makeup, fashion, baking, etc. but I never really had a real push to finally start one. After 3 miscarriages in less than 6 months... I finally had that push. I started this blog as a way to not only talk my way through everything that has happened but also for those women who need to know that they aren't alone. I know that right now it is mostly about this trying to conceive journey, but I think that eventually I will branch out to include all those other less serious topics. Anyway, I was browsing online one day when I came across this verse that caught my eye and truly touched my heart. It meant something new to me this time and it has helped to change my outlook on my life so far and where my life is going.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
- Jeremiah 29:11
